A 15-year-old girl in Samegrelo accuses her cousin of rape. The fact became known after the girl told her aunt about the incident.
The juvenile got examined as part of the investigation. Law enforcers will act following the results.
As the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed report.ge, the investigation launched under Article 137, Subparagraph "c" of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates rape of a minor with prior knowledge.
