The brother of the deceased was arrested in Tbilisi on charges of the premeditated murder of a family member, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
According to the agency, the suspect wounded his brother with a cold weapon. The injured died after being taken to hospital.
"The investigation has established that the accused stabbed his brother - M.A., born in 2001, using a cold weapon on the ground of dispute," reads the statement.
An investigation is underway under Article 11 Prima 108 of the Criminal Code, which means the premeditated murder of a family member.
