A 21-year-old boy was wounded in Gldani. Eyewitnesses said a passerby injured the boy.
The fact was recorded by surveillance cameras.
As report.ge was told in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one person has already been arrested.
According to them, the investigation was launched under Article 117 of the Criminal Code f Georgia, which means deliberate serious damage to health.
It is yet unknown what caused the controversy.
