Anti-Corruption Agency arrested Tariel. T, the Senior Specialist of Supervision Service of Keda Municipality. The investigation revealed that accused demanded a bribe from a citizen in the village of Medzibna in exchange for protection in illegal construction on a state-owned land and took GEL 2000.
Investigation is in progress under first part of the Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, and is punishable by imprisonment for the term 6 to 9 years.
