The MIA has launched a criminal investigation into the physical abuse of Nika Gvaramia, the Director-General of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Company.
Legal proceedings have been instituted under part 1 of article 126, envisaging offenses of physical abuse.
The incident occurred at the Tbilisi City Court, with three persons being questioned shortly after the incident.
