"A cyber attack was carried out on February 23, on the computer infrastructure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia from different countries," the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed report.ge.
"The relevant unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs prevented the attack due to operative actions.
The investigation is underway on the fact of illegal use and violation of computer data or computer system under Articles 285 and 286 of the Criminal Code of Georgia," the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.
The Georgian Dream said today that a large-scale cyberattack was being carried out on the party's server, which caused delays in the operation of the provider companies' equipment.
