Law enforcers arrested A.C., born in 1983 on charges of premeditated murder.
The investigation revealed that the defendant killed G.J., born in 1989, during an altercation on February 27 in Kobuleti. A.C. shot G.J. in the chest and fled the scene. The wounded man later died in the hospital.

The detainee pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress under article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
