A member of the City Council was wounded in Georgia’s city of Rustavi this afternoon.
An onlooker also gave details.
He says that he noticed a wounded man on the street who was losing consciousness.
“I was walking down the street and saw a guy staggering. I was so scared that I screamed. Neighbors came running, put him on a bench ... he passed out ... he suddenly lost consciousness. They brought an apparatus to measure his pressure. By the time he began to faint, I had already called the ambulance. Soon law enforcement officers came,” the onlooker told Info Rustavi.
