A verbal confrontation between taxi drivers escalated into physical abuse in Vani municipality. During the confrontation, one driver fired at the other with a firearm.
The injured was taken to hospital by ambulance. His health condition is satisfactory.
As the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed report.ge, one person was arrested in connection with the fact. The incident is being investigated under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates serious intentional damage to health.
