Two high officials have reportedly been detained in Kareli Municipality on bribery charges.
One of the detainees is a member of Kareli Council, Giorgi Gogashvili, with the other being representative of City Hall Soslan Kvrivishvili.
The State Security Service of Georgia reports that further details on the case will be publicized later.
