Per the Investigation Service of Georgia, two have been charged for the appropriation of large amounts of state property; one of them has already been detained.
Investigators determined that the accused participated in a tender by a state authority, received GEL 757,000 in prepayments, and illegally appropriated GEL 305,000, failing to complete the work.
An investigation is in progress under Article 182 of the Criminal Code, envisaging 7-11 years of a prison sentence.
