Law enforcers arrested T.P., born in 1991 convicted in the past, on the charges of robbery.
The investigation revealed that the accused stole a moped belonging to a citizen from Tsotne Dadiani Street in Tbilisi and fled the scene.
Law enforcers detained him based on the verdict of the judge. Police recovered the stolen moped as proof.
The detainee pleaded guilty.
Investigation launched under Article 177, Part 3, Subparagraph (d) of the Criminal Code of Georgia, meaning the theft committed against the vehicle.
The crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
