Christmas Ball tradition restored at Dadiani Palace in Georgia - PHOTO

At the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of Georgia, the Christmas Ball tradition has been restored at Georgia's Dadiani Palace, Report News Agency informs, referring to the Ministry of Culture of Georgia.

The information by the Ministry says that a grandiose ball is being held at the Palace of Niko Dadiani in Georgia's Zugdidi municipality. Around 200 dancing couples and famous people are participating in the ball.

The Minister of Culture, Sport and Youth, Tea Tsulukiani, was involved in the ball restoration ceremony together with her daughter.

As it is known, at the initiative of Georgian Queen Ekaterine Chavchavadze and her heirs, the traditional Christmas ball was held in Zugdidi like in various European cities, with this being one of the most beautiful events back then.
