Georgian actor Gia Agumava has won the best actor award at the Locarno International Film Festival.
“Wet Sand” by Elene Naveriani has been co-produced by Georgia and Switzerland.
The Locarno International Film Festival has been held in Locarno, the town in Switzerland, since 1946.
