According to the 2020 report of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), 19% of electricity imports came from Turkey, 35% from Russia, and 45% from Azerbaijan.
The amount of electricity imported to Georgia in 2020 is 1% less than in 2019, while the increase compared to 2018 is 6.7%.
