As 2021 January-March trading data show, Georgia's largest importing countries are Turkey, Russia, and China.
Azerbaijan ranks fourth on the list of top ten importing countries, with its 145.7 mln imported products, accounting for 5.9% of the country's total imports. Azerbaijan has reduced its annual imports by 11.4%; however, the country still remains among the top five importers in Georgia.
In January and March 2021, Georgia exported products worth $104.5 mln to Azerbaijan. Accordingly, the country's negative balance of trade with Azerbaijan stands at $41.2 mln.
