According to Giorgi Gakharia, Prime Minister of Georgia one of the key principles of the 2020 state budget is the satisfaction of the needs of the citizens.
"This is the budget which is based on creating greater possibilities for our citizens, it takes into account the interests of the most important groups in our society," Gakharia said, adding that the government will reduce bureaucratic spendings as much as possible.
