Azerbaijani NEQSOL Holding became the 100% owner of Caucasus Online. Khvicha Makatsaria, the owner of Caucasus Online, transferred the remaining 51% stake to Azerbaijani investor Nasib Hasanov a few days ago. As a result, 100% of Caucasus Online is owned by Nasib Hasanov.
49% stake in Caucasus Online passed into the hands of an Azerbaijani company in 2019.
