China, Russia and Azerbaijan - Georgia's largest exporters

According to the updated data of the National Statistics Office of Georgia, in January-April 2021, the foreign trade turnover of goods in Georgia (excluding undeclared trade) amounted to 3,928.7 million US dollars, which is 12.8 percent more than in the same period last year. Of this, exports amounted to US $ 1,198.7 million (up 19.6 percent) and imports to US $ 2,730.0 million (up 10.1 percent).

In January-April 2021, the share of the ten largest exporting countries in Georgia's total exports amounted to 78.2 percent. The largest exporters were as follows: China ($ 198.7 million), Russia ($ 159.6 million), and Azerbaijan ($ 152.2 million).

Azerbaijan accounts for 12.7% of Georgia's total exports, while Russia accounts for 13.3%, while 16.6% of Georgia's total exports are sold to China.

In January-April of 2021, Georgia increased its exports to Azerbaijan by 2.6% compared to January-April 2020, by 26.8% in Russia and 52.9% in China.
