Economy of Georgia grown by 5%

National Statistics Office of Georgia released a report about economic growth of Georgia on September 2019. According to the document, GDP growth was 5.2%, while real growth for the third quarter of 2019 was 5.7%. The average real growth for the first nine months of 2019 is 5.0%.

Export growth of 11.1% and VAT (value-added tax) turnover of 15.7% had a positive impact on economic growth during the nine months of the year.
