Within the Project "New Tbilisi", the flower pavilion has been built in newly renovated Orbeliani Square, and the city is now equipped with three other new pavilions.
The project has been implemented by Anagi Construction Company. The Tbilisi City Hall has channeled around 1, 285, 000 into it.
The pavilion construction works started in June 2019 and ended in 5 months.
