The former official residence building of the Georgian President in Mestia has reportedly been sold for GEL 7,510,000 at the public auction by The National Agency of State Property, with this exceeding its initial price of GEL 1,840,000 by 308%.
The residence was constructed in 2011 and covered the area of 2,592 m2 and buildings erected on 11,310 m2.
