Azerbaijan increased the number of railway freights despite the novel coronavirus pandemic caused problems.
Freight turnover at Baku-Tbilisi-Kars also increased, as the process saw no termination through the pandemic.
Cargos from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China and several European countries are shipped via the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
After the situation is stabilized, the turnover at the railway will allegedly increase by 50%.
