According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, in the first eight months of this year, Georgia exported 540.6 tons of fresh or dried citrus to Azerbaijan. Exports in monetary terms amounted to 474.5 thousand US dollars.
This product got exported to neighboring Azerbaijan by road under the trademark 0805. Exports were made during all months of the current year, except for April.
In the first eight months of last year, Georgia sold 201.9 tons of citrus worth 101.4 thousand dollars to the neighboring country.
