Georgian developers and constructors discuss problems

The Georgian Business Association (BAG) is beginning elaboration on new regulations for the construction sector. It held a meeting of the Construction and Infrastructure Committee online.

BAG member companies operating in the construction sector and the real estate market employees attended the meeting and discussed the problems of constructors and developers.

They also discussed the ways of the problems' solution.

The parties decided to create a working group to study the legislation and regulations.

They will allocate the outdated norms that impede further development and prepare a package of changes. This package will be presented to representatives of the executive and legislative branches of Georgia.

The parties also discussed and praised the government program to support the construction sector.
