Investment projects for the villages adjacent to demarcation line

“Strengthening villages adjacent to the demarcation line and preparing investment projects is a priority for the Partnership Fund", David Saganelidze, the Executive Director of the Partnership Fund said at a conference introducing the Peace Fund for a Better Future.

The Peace Fund for a Better Future was founded with the cooperation of State Ministry for Reconciliation and Civic Equality of Georgia, Partnership Fund and Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Peace Fund for a Better Future aims to promote peace along the occupation line, improve the situation for the population, as well as implementing individual and partnership business projects.

“USAID Zrda will allocate $ 500,000, as a result Startup Georgia winners will be financed. This is a five-year program that aims to promote economic development in 106 villages of five regions of Georgia”, Saganelidze said.
