Chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia Kakha Kuchava has assessed UNESCO's move to include Georgia's two national parks and two protected areas in the World Heritage List, saying that this is the recognition of Georgia's unique biodiversity.
''This historic event is paramount for our country and the entire region. This will attract visitors and tourists, with more people worldwide becoming familiarized with our country. Most importantly, this will foster the development of ecotourism in Georgia,'' Kuchava declared.
