Natia Turnava, the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development visited Kutaisi International Airport. Report.ge was informed by the Ministry of Economy. The Minister got acquainted with the construction works of the new terminal and the situation in the existing one.
According to Natia Turnava basic details such as queues, sanitary conditions, furniture upgrades that tourists pay attention to should be in order. Turnava recently visited Tbilisi International Airport and was dissatisfied after discovering many flaws. The Minister gave TAV Georgia a deadline to correct those flaws.
“We should be self-critical. Many issues will be settled. Consequently, travel from Kutaisi will be more comfortable”, Natia Turnava said.
