The m2 development company will complete the construction of the Olympic Star projects.
Tbilisi Municipality and m2 Real Estate developing company have signed a collaboration deal today. The agreement says that the construction of the unfinished projects launched by the Olympic Star company will be finished.
After 12 years, the life of 400 affected families has changed. They will receive their apartments shortly.
m2 is ready to launch work after all contract prerequisites are met.
The construction will be over in three years after receiving relevant permits.
''We have long-term experience in construction and developing fields, and many successful projects are associated with m2. I believe the Olympic Star complex will shortly be on the list of the successful projects. We stand by Tbilisi City Hall and about 400 affected families,'' m2 Real Estate Co-Director, Shota Berekashvili said.
In his words, he 'fully understands' his undertakings before the public and city.
He thanked Tbilisi City Hall and the public for the trust.
