Money transfers decrease in March 2020

The volume of money transfers Georgia received in March 2020 included 125.9 million USD (382.7 million GEL).

The volume is 9% less than the rate observed in March 2019.

As the National Bank of Georgia reports, the money transfers statistical data are as follows:

Sixteen partner countries are the primary senders of the capital, as 92.8% of the transfers is sent from the nations.

Money transfers from 16 countries exceed one million USD in March.

The same 16 countries shared 92.6% of the money transfers in March 2020.
