According to Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia significant development is planned for tourism next year, especially for mountain resorts.
"Our focus first and foremost will be on Bakuriani, where the 2023 World Championship in Freestyle is planned. Bakuriani will represent an European type of infrastructure, which will create a good condition for tourism and develop tourism facilities”, the Minister said.
As for other directions, Natia Turnava noted that in 2020 the Ministry will focus on the projects in the program of Enterprise Georgia.
