According to Topuria, the existing project for development of Maltakva coastline and boulevard has changed. The Deputy Mayor of Poti said that the tender for the design of the coastline and boulevard will be announced this year.
The development of Maltakva resort and boulevard started in 2014. The first phase was the regulation of the road and sewer systems, the second phase was not completed because of the termination of the contract with Ukrainian construction company ANT STROI LTD 2016.
