Georgian Prime Minister's Advisor and Press-Speaker Irakli Chikovani has reported the restrictions to be imposed on private property as part of the state of emergency.

In Chikovani's words, once ordered by the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, legal and natural entities should conduct charter flights to help Georgian citizens return their homeland and transfer the cargos.

They are also obliged to transport the people to quarantine zones, bring cargos to them, and allocate hotels and accommodation places as part of the mandatory quarantine mode.
