Oil prices slightly fall worldwide

Crude Oil Brent futures price has reduced to $70,78 (a $0,71 drop) per barrel, while WTI crude oil futures price has gone down by 1.03%, now amounting to $68.52 per barrel.

A decreased demand for oil has resulted in OPEC + reducing its extraction by 9.7 mln barrel.

After the situation stabilized, the existing restrictions were eased. In April of 2021, a daily extraction of 6.9 mln barrel was allowed, 6,55 mln was permitted in May, 6.2 mln in June, and 5.76 mln in July.
