The largest electronic tax system, PayPal, will be fully available in Azerbaijan, the local media reports.
A memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and High Technologies has already been signed.
"Currently, the citizens of the country do not have the opportunity to use all the features of PayPal. It is necessary to carry out certain works for the system to operate fully," the statement reads.
