Price of oil exceeds the year 2018 maximum

World oil prices are rising. The price of Brent oil, for the first time since 2018, exceeded $ 80, which is a sign that global demand for raw materials exceeds supply.

Brent oil futures for December delivery rose by 0.85% to $ 79.36 a barrel. November futures rose by 0.83% to $ 80.19 a barrel.

Meanwhile, WTI November futures rose by 0.85% to $ 76.09 a barrel.

At the OPEC + meeting on September 1, the parties increased their daily production forecast for 3.28 million barrels in 2022 to 4.2 million barrels.
