Brent oil futures for November delivery rose by 0.44% to $ 72.54 a barrel.
Meanwhile, WTI October futures fell by 0.22% to $ 69.14 a barrel.
At the OPEC + meeting on September 1, the parties increased their daily production forecast for 3.28 million barrels in 2022 to 4.2 million barrels.
