US to allocate $66.9M for Georgia

The US will provide Georgia with $66,960,382 within the framework of a bilateral agreement on development objectives. The agreement has already been discussed. 

First Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia Giorgi Kakauridze said that the allocated amount may hit $330 million.The already financial resources will be distributed in the following manner: fiscal policy ($14,517,000), democratic achievements ($25,880,000), and employment opportunities ($26,562,000). 

Mr. Kakauridze said the grant will not be included in the state budget. In his words, it will be spent via USAID contractors.
