American company is planning to buy Shmaxi, a brand founded by Girchi. Creactivity Productions Inc. New York based company is interested in the product.
"Negotiations are underway. I can’t say anything specific. The interest from American side is very high. The details will be discussed in the coming weeks and a relevant agreement will be signed", Zura Japaridze said.
The results of the negotiations will be known in several days.
