The investigation revealed that on July 18, the detained visited her friend, E.Ch., 1989, in the apartment, located in Zviad Gamsakhurdia street in Kutaisi. As a result of a confrontation, B.K. wounded E.Ch., by stabbing her several times and escaping the scene. The wounded died in the place.
Police found the murder weapon. The accused recognizes the guilt. The investigation is launched according to article 108.
