A 33-year-old Rafael Mursakulov, accused of killing Shanae Brooke, will be officially charged today.
According to the lawyer of the accused, Sophio Goglichidze, his client is still exercising his right to remain silent and does not plead guilty.
"Before filing a charge, I will meet with my client; we will form positions.
He does not admit the facts he is arrested for; he exercises the right of silence, he has had no contact with the dead woman. He has never even seen her," said lawyer Sophio Goglichidze.
