One more person, Vakho Akhvlediani, is recognized as a victim in the Giorgi Shakarashvili case. His defender states that he has multiple injuries.
“His nose and forehead are broken. He was wounded during the second episode. He cannot say who did the injuries to him as it was dark. He even cannot say whether it was a fist or a subject that hit him,” – said Defender Mzia Kasrashvili.
Police were informed on Giorgi Shakarashvili missing on June 19. Rescuers were searching the territory for four days.
The investigation is launched under articles 225, 143, and 126 of the Criminal Code.
