The Batumi City Court has declared B.G., accused of murdering his brother, guilty.
According to the released statement, following a verbal altercation, B.G. has shot his brother dead on 16 April 2021 in the Chaisubani village of the Kobuleti municipality.
The offender was declared gulty and sent to jail for 13 years.
