The Tbilisi Court of Appeals did not accept the complaint of the lawyers of the chairperson of the United National Movement, Nika Melia.
Melia's lawyers demanded the reversal of the decision of Tbilisi City Court Judge Nino Chakhnashvili, which sentenced Melia to imprisonment as a measure of restraint.
Nika Melia, the chairperson of the United National Movement, was arrested on February 23 at the party office.
