Police detained one for murdering two men at Tskhaltubo municipality.
As the investigation has shown, the detainee lethally wounded his relative brothers for a quarrel with them and fled the scene.
The Interior Ministry reports that the detainee was born in 1992. He was arrested on a hot chase.
The detainee faces 16 to 20 years in jail.
