Georgian businessman Alexandre Ebralidze has reportedly been detained in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Legal proceedings against the businessman were instituted in 2016.
An investigation was launched in Russia after 3 bln roubles vanished from the local Constant Bank, the chief owner of which was Ebralidze.
