Lawyer Lia Mukhashavria has filed a lawsuit to the Strasbourg Court concerning late programmer Tamar Bachaliashvili's case.
The lawyer says that lawyers Mikheil Ramishvili and Eka Kobesashvili were questioned as witnesses at the trial. According to her, interrogation of lawyers in connection with the case they are involved in is totally inadmissible.
