Members of Tbilisi City Assembly charged for beating Levan Khabeishvili. The Prosecutor General's Office informed report.ge about the decision.
"Members of Tbilisi City Assembly, Alexandre Khujadze, Avtandil Tsintsadze, and Tarash Shurghaya charged with Article 126, part 1, Subsection (b) of the Criminal Code of Georgia, on the fact of group violence towards Levan Khabeishvili, on January 24, 2020. Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the Tbilisi City Assembly, was also summoned for violence against Irakli Zarkua, the Deputy Chairperson of the Tbilisi City Assembly," reads the statement.
