Batumi city court has sentenced detention to a 23-year-old man arrested for sexual violence against a 14-year-old girl.
The pretrial session will be held on April 6.
The 14-year-old teenager was found dead in Kakuti, the Kobuleti municipality, on February 10.
Her grandfather says that the girl was a victim of violence twice.
The teenager’s mother says the girl’s uncles misbehaved her after she faced the violence.
Police arrested a man born in 1997 on February 11.
