"On September 27, 2020, at about 5:00 PM, for conflict regarding election posters, a person, identified only as A.Y., committed violent acts first against a person identified as G.A. in a teahouse of Nakhiduri, Bolnisi district. Afterward, A.I. committed the same against a person identified as I.A. in an area not far from the office of the Georgian Dream party," the Georgian Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.
Arif Yusupov faces about a year in jail.
The investigation is in progress.
